Yesterdays was full of temptations, candy, fries but the new craving skills helped. I was a clear no.
Writing and monitoring are very important
It helps
-Plan and prepare food
-Avoid tempting situations
-Plan before triggers, hunger, cravings
Plan next days meals in writing, develop meal options to make this easier
Weight in, only once a week, same time, same weight cloths, dont judge weight
Dieters have biggest resistance to planning and writing down, feels hard, regimented and a drag. But she says it is essential. SO she says do it for a week or a day.
I have huge resistance to this. Beck says this will increase success chances especially later in the diet as resolve weakens
