OK? alot of folks have been askn what i eat, and i found that to be verey weird, only becaus i keep making the same mistake that every body eats like this! and they dont! come to find out ive been eating well sence i was a kid! i dont feel the need for “goodies” and all that sweet ! il;l wait till im in my late 60s to start all that silly ! also i eat baked beans real good protien, i also eat a lot of tuna! and dont eat ANY white foodsexcetp for egg whites! so any bage, or whit food? leave it alone for a week and lets see what happens,and if your not getting at least 4 hours in on your workout? then its going to be a slow crawl, youl be abel to do , but it will take a while , some have patients and some dont, for anybody trying to lose pounds? cardio, cardio and more cardio, then a half hr. or hittn the wheghits,and also? you guys in the street eatn all the fast food? STOP! go to the supermarket, get a pack of chicken, its cheap! boil it, then put in in the oven, add some bar b q sause( be careful) thiers a lot of sugar in some of those, and some wehat bread, and look! stop eatn the goodies! treat that good food like medicein!! if somethins nsty thats good for youy! what about lookn nasty later on! every body whats to look nice but dont want to put in the effort!lose the pounds ! and all you older mother s that swear ya belly is a bage of honer?!?!? hey im such and such age, im spose to have the belly! ha! ill be 40 next year! ive never been locked up! and NEVER takn riods! all natural and lovin it, alos get this book called “The Abs Diet 6-minute meals for 6 pact abs…. that book is amazing because i eat every thing that they mention, its like thgey found my notes and copyd my eating habits! but realy check that out it makes a lot of sence and it works!

Greek feta, crumbled or sliced 1 tsp. dried Greek oregano 3 tablespoons extra virgin Greek olive oil Great Greek Dolmades 1. Wash, core and cut the tomatoes into wedges. Place in serving bowl. 2. Recipes from Greece: GREEK SALAD

6 SERVINGS for Greek Salad
4 medium firm, ripe tomatoes
