		<description>Special k has alot of good products especially the cereals also they make a protein bar that is really good. I dont know where you live but here in the usa we have the lean Cuisine meals that are low in calories and taste very good with a wide selection. i dont like to &quot;drink&quot; my food so i cant help you with any suggestions on diet drinks but what it comes down to is moderation. you can eat anything and loose weight because its really about how much you are eating. if you are not eating things that taste good to you, you will never stick with it and then after you get off the diet you will end up gaining the weight back&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
