In regards to diet foods and different sources.?

I am needing some sources in terms of a dietary stage. I have looked for different types of foods for my uncle. He is in the process of going on a diet, and he would like to know what steps he should take. Please give me some sources of different foods and diet drinks he may enjoy.
Special k has alot of good products especially the cereals also they make a protein bar that is really good. I dont know where you live but here in the usa we have the lean Cuisine meals that are low in calories and taste very good with a wide selection. i dont like to "drink" my food so i cant help you with any suggestions on diet drinks but what it comes down to is moderation. you can eat anything and loose weight because its really about how much you are eating. if you are not eating things that taste good to you, you will never stick with it and then after you get off the diet you will end up gaining the weight back
