I&#039;m 5&#039;8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach!   So i decided to try and do something about it... 

ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... But i came across this diet program &gt;&gt; http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my girlfriends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.

		<description>No dont do any of those diets the thing you need to remeber is the more acyline foods you eat the skinnier you are so eat less acidic and more acyline. 

A meal plan that would be good is:

Breakfast:
Fresh fruit smoothie with orange juice or soymilk, depends if you would like it creamier or more tropical, orange juice is the best option.  Top that off with some almonds.
(All this is acyline)

Snack if you get hungry: Fresh fruit with shreded unsweetened coconut and some almonds if you need protein, to sweeten it you can add raw agave nector.
(again all acyline foods) 

Lunch: Large salad with all the vegetables you like, some protein like egg, chicken, fish, beans, tofu, nuts, your choice as long as its lean and white meat.  (the protein is acyline accept todu and nuts)

Snack if you get hungry: Fresh vegetables cut up with hummus(hummus acidic)

Dinner: Steamed veggies with brown rice or protein(rice and protein acidic)

Tips:
drink lots of fresh lemon water that balances your body out
Get plenty of rest
relax for 30 min to an hour a day while your child is taking a nap by taking a bath, a nap, reading, yoga, stretching, walking is also relaxing.

You also need high cardio for 30 to 60 min to burn that extra fat in your body, you probably wont lose that stomach fat right away but after your body burns other fat then it will go towads your tummy.  Make sure to do tonning and stretching as well.

my brother lost 50lbs in 5 months by controlling his portions. He tried every diet under the sun before that and it didn&#039;t work. He tried south beach, Atkins, low fat, subway, and they all failed. 

here is how to do it:

1) take your meal and cut it in half
2) eat the 1st half and save the 2nd half
3) in 3 hours you will feel hungry...eat the 2nd half
4) in 3 hours you will be hungry again....time for the 2nd meal
5) cut the 2nd meal in half, and only eat one half
6) after 3 hours eat the second half
7) in 3 hours you will feel hungry again...time for your 3rd meal
8) cut the 3rd meal in half and eat one half
9) save the 2nd half of the 3rd meal for tomorrow. 

in 3 weeks you will notice that your stomach has shrunk and you can&#039;t eat a whole meal any more. plus you will notice that your pants are getting loose. 

The good thing about this diet is that you get to eat anything you want...no restrictions. Plus your body is energized because it gets food every three hours, so your metabolism kicks up, but you don&#039;t spend a lot of energy digesting the food, because it is in a smaller quantity.

She said it was really hard work but she was committed - Although it didn&#039;t happen overnight. She also did pilates to help aswell - she seemed to find that helped tone &amp; relax her. =)
