I can go to the grocery store and spend 30 bucks on unhealthy food and be set for a week or two. If I spend 30 on healthy food like fruits veggies and what not there’s only enough for a few days.
That’s why America is so fat. Americans have to spend so much money on everything else that they buy the crappy food becuase it’s cheap, quick and tastes good.
if i were to eat nothing but fast food like carles junior, el pollo loco, del taco, rubios, pizza , the flame broiler, panda express, etc. what should i order? and also it has to be different food each day
P.S. im super skinny anyway so theres no chance ill get fat (never have, i just dont eat that much, i try but meh), something with my metabolism and other biological factors-my moms always been mega light eater. so ya, but in turns of vitamins and nutrition and wanting to get more fit
Stay away from fried foods and lean towards fruits, salads, and grilled chicken. Soups will also be filling. You could try taking the buns off of burgers to cut some calories out or a baked potato with only a bit of salt instead of fries.
It’s not really a good idea to have a diet consisting of ONLY fast food as they use a lot of oil and butter and it’s hard to get the nutrients your body needs. If you’re planning on doing it anyway I suggest a multivitamin.
Okay, so im a 15 year old girl who is pretty active but lately i’ve been feeling out of chap and i would like to find a diet that will help me eat better. Does anyone know of any diets that will help me eat healthy and possibly get my stomach a Little slimmer?

Okey first of all people think that not eating breakfast will get them slimmer but it is wrong. Breakfast is the essential meal to burning some inches off it gets the metabolism going and burning. I would say that instead of eating 3 big meals a day you should eat 6 meals a day but small portions this also keeps your metabolism going. You could probably eat cereal then 2 hours later eat a sandwich then 2 hours later a salad without dressing and mayb when you get home from school eat what you usually eat and then mayb 3 hours later eat a yogurt and at night eat a banana with milk. I cant exactly tell you what to eat and at what time it depends on your schedule. Just remember to eat whole wheat bread, eat white meat more than red meat. If possible make it once a week. red meat it is hard to digest. Eat alot of vegetables and fruit and make sure to drink at least a cup of milk it helps burn fat aswell. I tried this diet i used to be 180 pounds and i got to be 125 and i felt with more energy because it really helps you eat right and also include some fat in your diet because it is essential to your health but make them good fats that could be found in nuts for example. But also dont get to focused on losing weight or anything like that because you are growing and just wait. well good luck but

have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours check this site for article on fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started
Im trying to eat better because all i eat is fast-foods and junk food,I would like to try a 2 month diet with nothing but healthy foods morning noon and night any suggestions Please & Thank you !!!

1 c raspberries with 2 Tbsp plain yogurt and 1 tsp honey

1 c baby carrots with 2 Tbsp hummus

I want to eat better, but I find that diet food or salads don’t fill me up the way junk does.
I still feel hungry afterward and eat more then feel bad because I am just eating more diet food… having the same caloric intake.
What foods will make me feel full at lunch time so I am not tempted to go for seconds?
oh damn.. for starters diet food = bad.
You want to eat healthy? then thats one thing that needs to go.
Go for chunky or homemade soup or a salad sandwich with whatever bread you want, have 1 peice of fruit or two (like apple and banana mixed with NORMAL vanilla yogurt and a sprinkle of honey). Try to have something different everyday then you wont get bored.
Diet and Healthy eating.. they are two very different things in some cases.
You have to have atleast 3 meals a day..
The best way to do it is
1) Big breakfast – not so your bloated and full, but when you feel satisfied.
2) Medium lunch – can be a sandwich with fruit or yogurt, chunky or homemade soup, chicken or pasta…
3) Small dinner – your about to go to bed, you wont be burning it off, so a decent small meal to end the day.
with that diet you shouldnt be hungry. I know im not
Now my favourite part of my "diet" is still have my odd chocolate and fast food and still stay great, thats due to my excersing, but naturally excersing
i walk or ride everywhere! i go up stair instead of the lift, and there is no rush take your time walking up the stairs or walking. relax.
But if you have just started dieting have 1 cheat day, it will help keep your matabolism going! say on sunday you can have maccas for lunch and a freddo frog for desert after dinner.. but then on monday – saturday you dont ;P
