A little help with a diet food plan? Here’s what I eat most days, how can I improve it?

I’m trying to lose weight and I need a diet plan that is quick, simple and i won’t struggle to keep up with ingredients and time wise. At the moment i am typically eating :-

1 x oatso simple with semi skimmed milk
3 x clementines
2 x bananas
2 x pears
2 x jumbo snack a jacks
1 x weight watchers cheese puffs
1 x pack of batchelors super noodles
1 x skinny cow mint ice cream stick
pasta or rice with lots of vegetables and fish or chicken fried with a touch of olive oil.
and to drink usually robinsons no added sugar diluted squash.

I’d love some tips and tricks to a better eating plan. And also any advice would be fantastic.

you are lucky if that fills you up because it wouldn’t me, one thing I would like to point out is the no added sugar drink will have nasty sweeteners in that are bad for you – aspartene has been linked to brain cancer and blindness, so even if you do carry on with it please don’t have it if you get pregnant

Im a picky eater I don’t like much food on those diet plans and I want to go to aplace that will give me options to custimize my own meal plan for the next few weeks.

I want to go from size 13 to 7 soon and I am using excercizing viedos three days a week.

I want to eat good food still not lame food…

Anyone know whereI can make my own meals from the choices they give me and have it all planned out for the next few weeks?

Diet plan based on food I actually like?

Does anyone know of an online based diet plan that is created that allows you to pick what foods you do and don’t like so you can create meals you’ll actually eat? I’ve tried lots of diet plans but they all include foods that I hate.

The plans can be free or paid, I don’t really care at this point. I’m willing to do anything to lose this weight.
No spam or no fad diets, please.
dadnbob, I’ve tried eating normal foods but less and it makes me SO hungry. I have even done that plus drink fiber water and I’m still hungry.

its free AND you eat whatever you want just don’t overdo the calories and fat, it can track it all for you. It teaches you about proper portion size and it can also give you fitness plans.
You will be soooo hungry at first, but after a few days you should adjust. It’s possible if you’re not actually tracking what you’re eating you are in fact eating too little.
And drinking 8, 8 oz glasses of water a day will help too. Most people eat when they’re thirsty.

Try to have your basic rich meal early in the morning and during the day you can have (3-4) small portion snacks and avoid food after 7 pm (at least 5 hours before sleeping).

Drink green tea (3- 5 ) times a day (not while you eat), it helps miraculously to loos all the deep thick yellow fat.

Have 2 shots of Apple vinegar a day ( 1 tp in half a class of water) .

Try to add reasonably some spices to your food, ex: black paper, it activates your metabolism.

The main meal :
- If you are a coffe , tea drinker ( have them without sugar half an hour before your meal)

- A cup of skimmed milk
- Two boild egg.
- 150 grams of whole wheat bread.
- A cup of low fat yogart with a small spoon of light jam.
- 20 grams of mixed unsalted nuts.
- A fruit

Snacks examples ( dont use the same one twice a day)

- A big cup of low fat yougart.
- two appels
- 300 grams of choped cucmber.
- 300 grams of grated carrot.
- one big orange or on banana
- 75 grams of whole wheat pasta with 25 grams of low fat grated cheese.
- 28 grams of mixed unsalted nuts.
- 2 boiled eggs
- 75 grams whole wheat bread with 25 grams of low fat cheese.
- a drained can of tuna with lime juice.
- 75 grams of grilled chicken.
- 50 grams of grilled red meat.

P.S eat slowly and enjoy. Dont just full your belly.

I don’t want to do an exact diet like Southbeach or atkins or anything. I just want to eat healthier to lose some weight., but healthy food seems to get SO expensive!

this is from a question i answered earlyer this morning.

go on youtube and type in exersize videos or something. try not to eat more then 400 calories at every meal. dont drink anything that has clories [soda etc.] . and drink lotttts of watter it will help trust me at least 8 glasses. do more things that have exersize in them that dont feel like exersize. trampoline walking the dog jump rope SWIMMING etc. do squats and push ups. or buy a 10$ work out vid from walmart. replace one meal a day with salad [light dressing!] and one meal with special k ceral. try to use 1% milk and dont drink the milk. eat lots of fruits and veggies if your hungry and most of all dont snack! drink one glass of water b4 a meal and one after if you can. you fallow this i garenttttttteeee you will lose lots of weight. <3Q

I need help, im 14, 11stone and 5′8……….
i need a good diet plan….
healthy……..
excersies……
im skipping breakfast……
i eat lunch but then when i come home from school im always hungry…….
i eat again at 5:00pm
the again at 8:00pm
…..and all i eat is junk food……
i want a simple, affective routine!!!!

Step 1 – stop eating junk food.

Step 2 – eat breakfast. Try 1 cup yogurt (plain, 2% fat) mixed with 1/2 cup oatmeal (plain, dry). You don’t have to cook that, and it’s ready instantly.

Step 3: Eat a piece of fruit halfway through the morning, and halfway through the afternoon.

Step 4: Stick with chicken/fish and veggies for lunch and dinner.

Step 5: Drink a gallon of water (about 4 liters) per day.

Get up in the morning and run for 30 minutes.

You’ll be fine.

like just have slim fast shakes and bars, and thats it, or do u have to add regular food to the plan.

If you were desperate and homeless, you could probably live off of slimfast because of the nutrients it gives your body, yeah…but it definitely isn’t recommended.
