A little help with a diet food plan? Here’s what I eat most days, how can I improve it?

I’m trying to lose weight and I need a diet plan that is quick, simple and i won’t struggle to keep up with ingredients and time wise. At the moment i am typically eating :-
1 x oatso simple with semi skimmed milk
3 x clementines
2 x bananas
2 x pears
2 x jumbo snack a jacks
1 x weight watchers cheese puffs
1 x pack of batchelors super noodles
1 x skinny cow mint ice cream stick
pasta or rice with lots of vegetables and fish or chicken fried with a touch of olive oil.
and to drink usually robinsons no added sugar diluted squash.
I’d love some tips and tricks to a better eating plan. And also any advice would be fantastic.

you are lucky if that fills you up because it wouldn’t me, one thing I would like to point out is the no added sugar drink will have nasty sweeteners in that are bad for you – aspartene has been linked to brain cancer and blindness, so even if you do carry on with it please don’t have it if you get pregnant
